Practical training in fire extinguishing for employees active at the Faculty of Medicine's site in Lund

All employees that work at one of the Faculty of Medicine's facilities are invited to practical training in fire extinguishing in order to increase fire safety and increase the ability to mitigate damages in case of fire.

The training session includes practical excersises in using a fire extinguisher and fire blanket. 

More information about the practical fire protection session, as well as information about training session in English, can be found at Kompetensportalen (link opens in new window). The training session is estimated to last about 1 hour. Application deadline: 20 October. 

To pass this training session, and receive the corresponding certificate, you must have completed the course Basic fire safety traning for employees (link opens in new window).

After completion of the training session the participant will receive a time-limited certificate (5 year) in Kompetensportalen. When the certificate expires, the participant should retake the theoretical and practical fire safety training.
