Primula is now up and running and it looks like the reading of the new salaries for Saco-S and non-organised employees remains in the system. This means that new salaries and retroactive salary appear to be included for payment in February.
Negotiations with OFR/S and Seko are still ongoing within the university. This means that it is currently unclear when new salaries and retroactive salaries will be paid to employees who are members of these trade unions.
Salary appraisals will be held when the negotiations have been concluded at the end of the entire LU
No new salaries can be communicated to employees who are members of OFR/S or Seko via salary appraisals until all salaries for the entire OFR/S and the Seko collective at Lund University have been negotiated, and the negotiations are finally concluded.
