Anja Tenje, Minister for the Elderly and Social Security, has recently visited the Faculty in connection with the popular science conference CASE-dagen on October 25.

During her visit, the Minister was given a tour of the training apartment that is part of the Movement and Reality lab, a health science testing environment for full-scale studies of movement, behavior and function.

– We had the opportunity to show the Minister some of the research conducted at the Faculty of Medicine and talk about societal challenges that we as researchers can help solve. It is important for us to talk directly with decision-makers in this way, in the environment we work in, says Agneta Malmgren Fänge, Head of the Department of Health Sciences.
