Where are all the women? Why is the situation like it is? What can help bring about change? What do academia, the research facilities, and industry have to say on the matter? What can we as individuals do?

In a lunch debate organized by Big Science Sweden, Anne-Charlotte Joubert (ESS), Tomas Brage (Lund University), Barbro Åsman (Stockholm University/CERN), and Giuliana Manzin (ILL) will be sharing their knowledge and experiences of the gender imbalance, bringing different perspectives to the discussion.
