In order for BMC freight reception to be able to deliver packages/shipments to you at the right workplace, you need to fill in information about this already when you order in Lupin. You enter your name and floor plan in the "goods marking field".
Procurator only reads the delivery address and the label on the package therefore does not show information about your name and floor.

Remember to always enter your name and floor plan already when you order in Lupin and send your order. You enter the information in the field for goods marking, which can be found under the "Information to supplier" link.
