In June, Med-service switched to a new case management system for fault reports and orders. In connection with the transition, a reference was published on the old login page (House on the Hill/Supportdesk) to the new login page. Links on Intramed were also redirected to the new login page.
However, it has come to our attention that some employees still access the old login page (House on the Hill/Support desk) when using the bookmark function in the browser.
